The Leaders

Pastor Brent Aucoin and his wife, Janet, are sponsors of Purdue Bible Fellowship. After receiving his Master's of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University, God began working in his heart to have him consider full time ministry. He went to Central Baptist Theological Seminary to obtain his theological education and now serves as an Assistant Pastor in charge of college and singles ministries at Faith Baptist Church.

Joel is the President of Purdue Bible Fellowship. He is Junior majoring in
Philosophy. After he graduates, he is planning on attending seminary and eventually being a pastor. He wants to be involved with counseling and adult ministries. He enjoys playing racquetball, backpacking, playing Ultimate Frisbee, and spending time with the PBF crew. Joel hopes that God will use PBF to draw people towards Himself and change their lives. He hopes that people will be spurred on to love and good deeds through the teaching and camaraderie that can be found at PBF.

Alex is the Vice President of Purdue Bible Fellowship. He is Junior majoring in Communications. In his free time Alex enjoys playing soccer, ultimate, and hanging out with friends. Alex is not certain about plans after college, but is interested in biblical counseling. He hopes everyone that comes to PBF will form good relationships with other Christians that encourage spiritual growth in Christ.

Justin Brownfield oversees the music, audio-visual, and guest follow-up ministries for Purdue Bible Fellowship. He is a junior majoring in Elementary Education with a concentration in reading. He loves spending time with friends and is an avid NASCAR fan. He is also active in the Worship and Teens ministries of Faith Baptist Church. Upon graduation, he hopes to get a job teaching locally.

Michaela Miller is the activities leader for Purdue Bible Fellowship. She is a junior majoring in both Physical Education and Health and Safety Teaching. She loves volleyball, wakeboarding, backpacking, and enjoying God's creation. She hopes that through PBF and the activities that PBFers will be able to fellowship with believers and come away with great friends. She is looking forward to serving in PBF and student teaching next year.

Emily Nestel is the treasurer for PBF. She is a junior in Management with a minors in International Business and Marketing. She enjoys traveling, snowboarding, ultimate Frisbee, backpacking, and admiring the creation around her. Upon graduation (whenever that may be) she hopes to get a job involved with business.
